Promoting Your Factory on Social Media

In today's market, many modular home manufacturers and builders leverage social media to attract potential clients. It's a well-established strategy that has proven successful for numerous businesses, often alleviating the workload for multiple sales managers.

But are they effectively communicating the right message to the potential clients?

While many in the industry persist in showcasing the delivery of components, construction details, and materials daily, the question arises: Is this what truly resonates with the target audience? Some display workers hammering nails, while others highlight concrete pouring or pile foundations.

While I appreciate the effort put into these posts, and undoubtedly, so do your competitors, it's important to recognize that neither I nor your competitor represents the ultimate customer.

So, what does the real home buyer want to see?

They desire high-quality images showcasing completed homes, both inside and out. A client should feel reassured upon viewing the company's product quality certificate and images of finished projects. That's the essence of what truly matters.

Consider this: Would you feel comfortable purchasing a car from a dealership that only showed you the individual parts? Or imagine buying a mobile phone after seeing only the intricate details and diagrams that went into its production?

Reflecting on the practices of many manufacturers, I've arrived at a singular conclusion: The absence of a product quality certificate leads manufacturers to showcase their internal processes in an attempt to assure clients of the quality of their work. Yet, inadvertently, this may convey the opposite message.
